Education

Wages And Bonuses

• The starting wage is between $34.20 and $43.61.

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time licensed staff.

Duties

As a valued member of our nursing team, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Vigilantly observing and promptly reporting any changes in residents' conditions to physicians, Care Coordinators, and families.

2. Accurately documenting condition changes in residents' medical records and effectively communicating them to the next shift.

3. Meeting documentation requirements, including admissions, transfers, deaths, and discharges, in accordance with policy and resident conditions.

4. Collaborating efficiently with multidisciplinary teams to meet residents' needs comprehensively.

5. Assuming responsibility for the daily care of residents during your assigned shift, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

6. Supervising and delegating tasks appropriately to LPNs, CMAs, CNAs, and Health Unit Coordinators.

7. Implementing recommended interventions and drawing conclusions based on thorough resident assessments.

8. Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring their effectiveness.

9. Identifying and reporting any unacceptable work or personnel behavior, taking corrective actions as necessary with the assistance of the ADON.

10. Respond efficiently to emergencies, accidents, incidents, and complaints, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

11. Accurately receiving, interpreting, and transcribing physician orders.

12. Completing assigned employee appraisals and audits.

13. Staying updated on safety procedures, including fire and disaster protocols, incident reporting, proper use of side rails and restraints, body mechanics, and gait belts.

14. Assisting in filling open nursing positions during staff call-ins to ensure adequate staffing when the scheduling coordinator is unavailable.
