Simple Ways To Immigrate To Canada

1.    Quick Entry Program

This is a Canadian immigration exercise that allows immigrants to stay and work in Canada as skilled workers through study programs. The system allows Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to assess and select eligible/qualified immigrants under any of the federal government immigration programs stated below:

The Quick Entry exercise is a good program as it allows individual provinces and territories to use the system to recruit suitable candidates as part of the Provincial Nominee Programs to meet the demands of the labor market. This immigration program is one of the most common in Canada, but recently there have been no draws in programs like the Federal Skilled Workers Program and Canadian Experience Class since 2021.

The processing time for this program is dependent on the application period and the volume of applications to be processed. Busy periods take a longer time to process applications.

2.    LMIA Work Visa

This visa application method is ideal for job seekers who might be entering Canada for the first time. The method requires you to first secure a job in Canada and implore your employer who must be a citizen or permanent resident in Canada to apply for LMIA through service Canada. Once the LMIA application has been approved, you can go on to apply for a work permit.

This visa application method gives you a higher chance of becoming a permanent resident compared to others. You can explore this method if you desire to go to Canada.

3.    Family Class Sponsorship

Family Reunification is widely encouraged in Canada's immigration policy. Families in Canada can support their relatives to come to Canada for permanent residence. To be eligible to support a relative, you must be a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident. Also, you can support your spouse and children below the age of 22 (though there are conditions attached).

Note that bringing parents or grandparents over is not yet an option under this policy. But you can do that under the Super Visa Category. You are allowed to bring your parents or grandparents using the Super Visa.
